Patricia Vital is an Indiana native who moved to NYC in 2007. Most recently, Patricia performed the roles of Micaela (Carmen) with Regina Opera and Elvira (L'Italiana in Algeri) with Utopia Opera, here in NYC. Patricia's first role was as a young artist with Opera Las Vegas as Frasquita in Carmen. Patricia's favorite appearances have included Giulietta (I Capuleti e i Montecchi), Adina (L'Elisir d'Amore ), Il Matto (Cagnoni's Re Lear), Elvira (I Puritani), Marie (La fille du regiment), Serpina (La Serva Padrona), Musetta (La Bohème), Susanna (Le nozze di Figaro), Norina (Don Pasquale), and the premier of the Greek opera, Ektor, by George Tsouris. Patricia has been seen on the stages of Opera New York, Regina Opera, Opera Las Vegas, Riverfront Opera, Utopia Opera, Opera Theatre of Montclair, and others. In her free time, Patricia is an avid swing dancer and supporter of performance outreach. She is passionate about the promotion of opera and the performing arts, which includes participation with the groups Opera Collective and Opera on Tap, amongst others.
